Hivos and Wageningen University have developed a new monitoring & evaluation (M&E) method for advocacy: “Narrative Assessment.” It centers on the creation of credible stories about advocacy processes, achievements and challenges.
Hivos has developed five strategies for promoting the voices and choices of marginalized people, while strengthening civil society overall. This primer is about the second strategy: forging multi-actor initiatives.
