The negative impacts of sexual harassment at the workplace manifest through physical and social challenges including loss of, self esteem and poor performance. In addition, the victims’ social and marital lives are affected adversely. Sexual harassment though prevalent in Southern Africa continue to be swept under the carpets due to the stigma that comes with reporting such incidences, women are accused of not being fit for workroom environment and of trying to gain relevance or pity in the work space. Sexual advances from senior management on junior workers are also some of the leading forms of harassment  in the workplace and more so in farms.
