This report provides findings of the baseline study of the Women@Work Campaign implemented by National Organization of Peer Educators (NOPE Uganda) in partnership with Uganda Flower Exporters Association (UFEA) with support from Hivos. The main objective of this study was to collect qualitative and quantitative data on attitudes, knowledge and behavior related to Women@Work Campaign focusing on gender responsive practices and gender rights pronouncements in the flower sector and also focusing on community perspectives which saw the study population extended to include schools, community advocacy groups and participating partners.
