From its inception in 2012, the SEforAll initiative envisioned a multi-stakeholder approach to creating sustainable energy solutions. At the core of the initiative is diverse partnerships. Meaningful participation by civil society organizations and community-based organizations is widely recognized as being essential. This survey examines the depth of this participation in a variety of countries.
