How to send in bids
The following documents will be reviewed as part of the received tender bids from all prospective organizations, please see detailed list of requirements in below:
- Company profile
- Tax compliance certificate of the company
- Certificate of incorporation for the company
- Audited financial reports for the past three years for the company
- Certification from relevant governing authority for the category bidding for.
- At least 3 references of organizations in the development sphere for similar services rendered.
Bids indicating the reference number and category heading should be send in via email procurement-ea@hivos.org by 5:00pm July 31, 2024. They should be addressed to:

Any Tender documents received after the above deadline shall be automatically rejected.
