Whistleblower and Complaints

If you want to anonymously report fraud, corruption or an integrity issue that does not personally affect you, you can use the Hivos Whistleblower Facility. As a whistleblower, you will not always be expected to provide proof of the misconduct. The concern you raise will be investigated by the appropriate persons.


Integrity

Hivos aims for the highest possible integrity in its contact with partners, suppliers, clients, among Hivos staff and in relation to business property.


Code of Conduct

The Hivos Code of Conduct applies equally to everyone associated with Hivos.


Grievance Policy

Hivos’ Grievance Policy is meant to further strengthen the safety, transparency and inclusiveness of our processes. This policy provides guidance on preventing, discussing and addressing complaints, conflicts, discrimination, harassment and other inappropriate behavior in the workplace. At its core, the policy reflects our shared responsibility to create a safe and healthy working environment, where situations are addressed early and resolved constructively wherever possible.
