The year 2025 marks the final year of the We Lead program. In the End-Term Evaluation (ETE), the program will reflect on its implementation between January 2021 and December 2025. We are looking for a consultancy firm or team of consultants to conduct this evaluation process.
About We Lead
We Lead is a five-year program promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights of young women and girls. It focuses on four specific groups of young women: those living with HIV, those with disabilities, Gender and Sexual Minorities and those affected by displacement.
The program is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the SRH-R Partnership Fund, which is part of the Strengthening Civil Society subsidy framework. Consortium partners are: Positive Vibes, Restless Development, Marsa, FEMNET, the Central American Women’s Fund, and Hivos as lead party. M&C Saatchi World Services is our technical partner.
Anchored on the principle of local ownership, at the heart of the program is the Community of Action (CoA) in each of the 9 countries which is a safe space for the rights holders not only to convene but also implement the program activities together. The program works with multiple partners in each country through direct granting and regranting through the Country Community of Action Host organizations.
