Current and prospective suppliers are invited to participate in a supplier vetting and selection process. Prospective suppliers who satisfy the predetermined vetting and selection criteria shall form
part of our approved and preferred list for the year 2022 – 2024.
List of services required covers the following:
- Accommodation, workshop and conferencing in all the provinces in Zimbabwe, teas, lunches and refreshments,
- Promotional & IEC materials (t-shirts, banners, printing);
- Radio programmes, Advertising agencies, press agencies, videography, photography and editing; art (skits, jingles animation, road shows, graphic designing);
- Translators; stationery, vehicle sales and parts and servicing;
- Repairs & maintenance of vehicles and generators; office furniture supply, carpentry, repairs & maintenance of buildings;
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
- Hardware and protective clothing, car bus rentals and taxis,
- IT suppliers (computers, accessories, consumables),
- Electricals,
- Sanitation,
- Office furniture,
- Water services,
- Plumbing, airlines,
- Freight companies,
- Fuel coupons.
Requirements:
- Interested companies should meet the following requirements and
provide certified scanned copies of documents as listed below: - Certificate of incorporation, CR14 / CR6 (List of directors);
- CR6 / CR5 (Business Address);
- Current tax clearance certificate;
- Documentation for any trading name used,
- Company profile detailing (physical location & contact details, products, or service list)
- At least 3 reputable and verifiable references, payment terms
- Full Banking details
